Qigong in Åkarp
This workshop is for those who want to improve their well-being by discovering another approach to the body and to health.
Beginners and more advanced practitioners are invited to participate.
We learn and practice exercises that you are able to take home and repeat until the next workshop.
When you practice qigong, you work regularly with the same exercises (this is the meaning of ”gong” (功)) .

Practical information: wear flexible clothes and as we train outside, choose them according to the weather. Gladly bring your cup to drink the tea that will be offered to you.
